LinkUp emerged as the champion of Huawei Spark Accelerator 2022, a hybrid tech accelerator competition organised by Huawei Technologies. LinkUp clinched the first spot among 10 finalists shortlisted from more than 250 entries in the competition while FusionQB and Alpha Fintech were announced as the first and second runner-ups, respectively.

Maxis 5G Alliance expands to 23 members
Maxis 5G Alliance partners have expanded to 23 members seven new partners namely Gamuda Land, Garuda Robotics, ITXOTIC, LinkUp Smart Solutions, NOKIA, NVIDIA and ZTE.The telco said it was working closely with its 5G Alliance partners on initiatives to create and commercialise 5G use cases and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions across industries in Malaysia and Asia-Pacific.

IOI Properties Group Bhd gave selected start-ups RM50,000 at the IOI Kickstart grant presentation event on Wednesday (March 16). The six start-ups, narrowed down from 40 entries, are operational and have set up their offices at 2 Rio office block in IOI Rio, Bandar Puteri Puchong.
